Oregon Part II

At the campsite north of Newport, I met Ross again, with who I had cycled through Washington for two days. That was pretty funny, as he had taken a long detour to Portland to meet two friends and only a few days later, they caught up with me. This is because I was really slow in northern Oregon and they were really fast. I joined them for the ride towards California.

Oregon is the best state so far, in terms of scenery. The day can start hazy, turn sunny very fast and then foggy, windy and cold again, and end with a warm evening. You never know.

Hope to have more time for some text in the next library.
